Alonso’s Auto Repair is looking for an experienced and motivated Diagnostic Automotive Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, suspension, and brake system issues.
Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics using scan tools and testing equipment.
Repair and maintain domestic and foreign vehicles.
Complete inspections and recommend necessary repairs.
Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and customers.
Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
Stay current with automotive technology and repair procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience.
Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills.
ASE certifications preferred (not required).
Ability to use modern diagnostic equipment and software.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
